Burn Bair is continuing to represent unsecured creditors seeking to resolve ongoing sexual assault claims against the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rockville Centre. Earlier this week the bankruptcy court urged both sides to schedule more mediation sessions to reach a consensual settlement.
