Burns Bair co-founders Tim Burns and Jesse Bair have each been selected to the 2026 edition of Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers. Both attorneys are recognized in the area of Insurance Bad Faith.

This isn’t the first time either attorney has received this honor. Tim has been recognized since 2023, and Jesse since 2024. Both have also been included among Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Global Bankruptcy and Restructuring Lawyers.
