Erin Quick

Biography

Erin Quick is an associate at Burns Bair LLP. Her practice focuses on holding insurance companies accountable in a wide range of matters. Before joining the firm, Erin clerked for Chief Judge James D. Peterson on the District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin and for Judge Danielle J. Forrest on the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Prior to her clerkships, Erin worked at a law firm in Washington, D.C. as a general litigation associate. Erin has experience representing clients in state and federal cases and navigating all stages of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, trial, and appeals. She currently works on a wide range of matters against insurance companies.

Erin graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. She also has a Masters of Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania. Erin earned her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences at Northwestern University, where she minored in chemistry and English literature.
